




Job Summary: Social workers are sought to organize and implement recreational, leisure, and free-time activities; support the autonomy of individuals with special needs; and supervise users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and implementation of adapted recreational and leisure activities. 2. Support for autonomy in individuals with special needs. 3. Supervision of users and communication with families. Social workers are sought for Gijón (Asturias) on a two-month temporary employment contract, with possibility of extension. The working schedule will be full-time, from Monday to Sunday, with irregular distribution of working hours, including rest periods stipulated by collective agreement. Main duties will include organizing and implementing adapted recreational, leisure, and free-time activities for residents of the facility, including external outings and aquatic activities in the swimming pool. Special attention will be given to supporting autonomy-related habits in individuals with special needs. Additionally, direct responsibilities as directed by the center’s management will be assumed, such as user supervision and smooth communication with their families. Candidates must hold a Higher Technician Diploma in Social Integration, a Higher Technician Diploma in Sociocultural Animation, or an equivalent qualification, along with prior experience working with persons with disabilities and a Class B1 driving license, required for minibus transportation during outings.
