Job Summary: We are seeking experienced CNC lathe operators to operate, program, and machine precision parts, ensuring quality and order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and startup of CNC lathes 2. Performing machining operations according to technical drawings 3. Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation We are looking for several CNC lathe operators with experience to work at a prominent engineering and precision machining company in Fuenlabrada. Main duties will include setup and operation of CNC lathes, loading programs, and preparing machinery. The role also involves mounting and securing workpieces, performing machining operations according to technical drawings, and verifying dimensions using standard measuring tools. Simple parameter adjustments will be required to ensure work quality, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. A temporary initial contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) is offered, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position within the company. Shifts will be rotating from Monday to Friday, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Remuneration will be €13.28 gross per hour. What Are We Looking For? * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes. * Vocational training in Machining, Mechanical Production, or similar (FPI/FPII) is desirable. * Responsible individual with ability to interpret technical drawings and attention to detail. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to access the workplace. * Immediate availability to start.
