The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and leading dishes from these culinary traditions, with emphasis placed on proven experience in handling ingredients and techniques specific to each. A minimum of twenty-four months of prior experience in similar positions is required, demonstrating proficiency in recipe execution and coordination of kitchen tasks. The position is based in Vigo (Pontevedra), and no additional formal training beyond demonstrated practical experience is required. The work environment is dynamic, and the ability to adapt to different cooking styles is valued, as well as creativity to add personal touches to dishes.
