Procedures related to vessel registration 3\.2\. Procedures related to Professional Cards and Maritime Competency and Training Certificates 3\.3\. Procedures related to Recreational Vessel Licenses 3\.4\. Procedures related to Maritime Navigation Logbooks and DIMs (Mariner Identity Document) 3\.5\. Information regarding the complaint and suggestion submission procedure 3\.6\. Status of files or other inquiries * Exchange of the Navigability Certificate for Recreational Vessels * Management of radio communications, LEBs (Ship Station Licenses), activation/deactivation of radio equipment, and maintenance of EPIRBs (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons) * Vessel registration. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Spanish-accredited Intermediate Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) qualification in the administrative field, OR have at least 6 months’ work experience as an Administrative Officer ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Intermediate or higher proficiency in Word (to be verified during the technical assessment) * Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel (to be verified during the technical assessment) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional verifiable training of at least 2000 hours in administration and finance #### **Languages** * English Level: B1 ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 5 years of experience in administrative management (work experience) * 1 to 2 years of experience in telephone customer service (work experience) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * At least 6 months of work experience processing and managing various administrative procedures while providing support in the maritime sector **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time working schedule.
