Responsibilities * Support technical\-administrative operations for account executives. * Collaborate to achieve quality, service, and commercial objectives. * Manage the client portfolio, maintaining the required service level for each client and renewing portfolio insurance policies. * Ensure effective operational management so that service quality and customer support remain guaranteed. * Conduct cross-selling by leveraging knowledge of various insurance products available in the market. * Liaise with insurance companies. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance, preferably in insurance brokerage. * Experience using computer tools and software, including advanced Excel proficiency. * Technical knowledge of corporate insurance lines. * Proficiency in spoken and written Basque is considered an asset
