You will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and evolving Microsoft-related areas supporting corporate solution development: Custom, Analytics & Reporting, Intranet, and Power Platform. Your mission will be to lead, strengthen, and transform the Microsoft solutions supporting Deloitte’s internal processes—accelerating time-to-market, promoting best practices, facilitating technological modernization, and enhancing AI usage across the development lifecycle. What is the challenge? You will lead teams in Custom (.NET/Angular development and modernization), Analytics & Reporting, Intranet, and Power Platform—providing strategic vision and driving their evolution and ways of working. You will collaborate closely with Solution Designers to ensure that technological decisions, corporate architecture, and defined practices are correctly applied in development efforts. You will drive the creation and consolidation of the Power Platform practice within the Microsoft team. You will promote acceleration toward an enterprise architecture and adoption of modern development practices—including AI (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automation, etc.). You will work hand-in-hand with leaders from other areas to identify improvements, promote evolution, and contribute to reducing incident volume—ensuring adherence to technological and cybersecurity standards. You will participate in area meetings, ensuring proper project execution and compliance with standards. You will play a key role in ensuring appropriate management of Microsoft project budgets, collaborating with Project Delivery Managers to guarantee budget adherence. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration—supporting your team’s professional growth. How do we envision you? Advanced English proficiency (B2+), and fluency in Spanish. 5+ years of professional experience in Microsoft environments, leading teams and large-scale migrations. Prior experience developing applications using technologies such as .NET, Angular, Azure PaaS, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Solid knowledge of corporate analytics models (SQL Server, on-premises DWH, metadata-driven ETLs). **Experience in:** Technology project management, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing third-party vendors. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with traditional methodologies (CMMI, PMP). **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in corporate environments with multiple integrated solutions. Experience participating in cloud evolution initiatives—e.g., migrating from on-premises to PaaS in Microsoft environments. Knowledge of high-availability architectures, software architecture, data analytics, and cloud environments. Coordination of cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, Architecture, etc.).
