Work Mode: Hybrid in Donosti (2 days on-site) Languages: Fluent Spanish, Intermediate English preferred. Responsibilities * Ensure the technical quality of daily SOC operations, acting as a support point for L1/L2 levels and guaranteeing rapid and effective incident response. * Operational Support: Supervise daily activities of L1 and L2 levels, assisting in resolving complex or escalated cases to L3\. * Time Tracking: Ensure alert workflows are managed in compliance with established SLA and KPI response targets. * Technical Review: Validate that the team’s handling of alerts and incidents is accurate and complete. * Threat Containment: Respond to critical incidents by executing necessary measures to contain active threats. ### **Requirements** Technical Requirements * Experience: 4–5 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles within a SOC. * SIEM: Solid experience managing and analyzing events using tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, or Elastic Security. * EDR/XDR: Advanced proficiency with endpoint protection solutions such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or Carbon Black. * Firewalls \& Network Security: Knowledge of rule administration and review for Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point. Methodology: Habit of working based on time and quality metrics (SLA/KPI) and use of frameworks such as MITRE ATT\&CK. * ### **Benefits** Why ALOVIA?
