Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in ICT projects, public tenders, and technological infrastructure management, fluent in English and available to obtain security accreditation. Key Points: 1. Experience in ICT projects and technological solutions in complex environments 2. C2-level English proficiency and experience in public tenders 3. Management of central system infrastructure and corporate databases ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in public procurement, systems architecture, cybersecurity, or project management are desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT projects related to implementation, management, or consultancy of technological solutions in complex environments. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing technical specifications for public tenders, particularly in ICT infrastructure projects. Experience in central system infrastructure environments (Linux, Windows, Solaris) and corporate database systems (Oracle, Informix, PostgreSQL, etc.). Experience in procurement and acquisition processes for technological infrastructure, including storage arrays and physical or virtualized servers. At least 1 year of experience in managing or participating in projects funded by European funds. C2-level spoken and written English (certification is not required). Possession of, or ability to obtain, NATO HPS SECRET security accreditation or equivalent.
