Within BNP Paribas Personal Finance, we are looking to hire a student on an **internship** basis to support an international development team, part of **South Europe Technologies (S.ET Iberia)** \- International Shared Services Center for IT, Data, Operations, and Cybersecurity. The selected candidate will join the IT Risk \& Cyber team, supporting the First Line of Defense within the Permanent Control Framework in **S.ET Iberia**. The role involves supporting local business functions to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated through updated risk and control self-assessments, and to implement local governance. Following an onboarding period with the technical lead and the rest of the team, the main responsibilities of the position will be: Supporting the analysis and assessment of organizational processes and risks, with a focus on IT and Operations. Supporting the execution of generic controls based on evidence provided by various departments. Identifying risks and developing action plans to mitigate them, tracking implementation with each department. Monitoring identified action plans to ensure proper execution. Ensuring operational incidents are reported, escalated, and analyzed to define corrective actions. Providing company-wide dissemination and training to deploy operational risk management procedures and IT risk requirements. Preparing presentations on IT Governance and Operational Risk Management for senior management and other organizational departments, flagging any identified risks. Ensuring deployment and transposition of Group and Central procedures and their implementation with process owners. Monitoring the entity’s governance committees. The requirements needed to fill this position are: Education in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Software Development, or related fields. Prior experience in a company, executing general controls, internal audit (IT, data, operations), is valued. **Required Skills** Organization and autonomy. Critical thinking and proactivity.
