This will enable a unified view of Group MAPFRE’s investments in security, cybersecurity, privacy, and resilience, thereby facilitating more efficient decision-making. **What will your responsibilities be?** --------------------------- **Process Automation and Integration** * Design, maintenance, and evolution of management dashboards containing CSD’s economic-financial information, built on Power BI and integrating data from SAP HANA, SAP Ariba, and other corporate sources. * Development and maintenance of automation workflows in Power Automate to optimize manual economic-financial and contractual processes. * Administration and modeling of economic-financial, operational, and contractual data, ensuring its integrity, consistency, and availability for sound decision-making. * Preparation of periodic economic-financial reports for senior management. * Support in the preparation, monitoring, and control of the CSD’s budget, maintaining a comprehensive and unified Group MAPFRE-level view to facilitate analysis of proper budget execution, identification of deviations, and definition of corrective actions. * Promotion of internal process digitalization through implementation, adoption, and use of Artificial Intelligence tools. **Continuous Improvement and Coordination** * Systematic review of economic-financial processes to identify inefficiencies; identification and implementation of improvements in economic-financial and technological workflows. * Structured documentation of processes, repositories, automations, and data models; creation of user manuals, quick guides, and technical documentation. * Coordination with corporate and local Procurement and Management Control teams to align criteria and guarantee data quality. * User training on tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SAP Ariba, and associated procedures. * Active participation in cross-functional CSD projects related to operational efficiency and digital transformation. **What do we require you to know?** ------------------------------- * **Minimum academic qualification:** Higher Technical Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. * **Specific training:** Advanced technological knowledge in economic-financial management, as well as across various domains of security, cybersecurity, privacy, and operational resilience. * **Required technical knowledge:** * + Proficiency in productivity and automation tools: + - Power BI (modeling, DAX, visualizations). - Power Automate (automated flows, M365 integration). - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query). + Proficiency in financial and management tools: + - SAP Ariba (mandatory). - SAP HANA (queries, data extraction). * **Language training:** * + English.
