




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, task assignment, delivery note control, and personnel supervision to ensure the proper progress of the project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and execution of building/civil engineering works. 2. Coordinate teams and monitor performance in construction projects. 3. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Establish the optimal work execution plan**, based on instructions from the Site Manager and existing constraints. * **Assign tasks to personnel under direct supervision**, monitoring performance. * Maintain **control of all delivery notes generated and/or received (from suppliers and subcontractors).** * **Ensure oversight of both directly employed and subcontracted personnel** (safety, attendance, regulatory compliance, etc.). * **Anticipate any circumstances that could cause work stoppages** (e.g., material shortages, equipment unavailability). **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Specific training in construction project management will be valued. * Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in Building and/or Civil Engineering projects. * Occupational health and safety training, especially as a preventive resource. * Coordination skills, accountability, teamwork, and customer service orientation. * Valid driver’s license. * Strong interest in all aspects of the construction industry. * Languages: Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written). **Remuneration negotiable based on proven experience.** Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: 33\.000,00€\-43\.000,00€ per year Work location: On-site
