Position Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor – Production Line to lead teams, manage operations, and optimize continuous improvement processes at our Echavarri factory. We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor – Production Line at our Echavarri factory. Your responsibilities will be as follows: Responsibilities: * Management and leadership of production operators, ensuring appropriate support to the plant’s production process. * Control and coordination of packaging lines across different manufacturing shifts, ensuring compliance with KPIs related to occupational safety, quality, service, and cost. * Responsibility for continuous improvement processes: proposing and executing process improvements and corrective actions in response to process deviations. * Leading and developing your team. * Identifying and implementing productive improvements based on Lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, standardization, high-performance meetings, etc.). * Planning, leading, and monitoring the execution of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing projects, coordinating and supervising assigned tasks. * Shift work from Monday to Friday. Qualifications: * Engineering degree * Problem-solving individual with strong analytical ability, proactive mindset, and results orientation * Strong leadership and team management skills * Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing * High level of English proficiency * Experience working collaboratively in teams * Highly desirable: Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS), French language.
