We are looking for individuals fluent in French, English and/or Arabic. If you are interested in a dynamic support position within a port-sector entity, this opportunity is for you. We need 5 Service Assistants to join our team in Alicante, responsible for direct passenger assistance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include logistical support tasks and informational assistance in the port area. You will inform and assist passengers arriving from other countries, as well as organize and manage queues to ensure smooth and orderly access. Additionally, you will guide passengers to the appropriate areas. We offer a fixed-term discontinuous contract with a weekly working schedule of 30 hours. The schedule is flexible and adapted to shifts, working from Monday to Sunday according to a set roster. The salary is €18,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments. A positive and proactive attitude, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage groups of people, is highly valued. Residency in Alicante or its surrounding areas is required.
