Quality control in material production We are seeking a responsible professional to **supervise, control, and ensure the proper operation of mineral processing machinery** at an open-pit mining site. Main Responsibilities **Process Management** * Operation and control of equipment such as **crushers, mills, and conveyor belts** (startup, operation, and shutdown) * Supervision of **classification systems (screens/sieves)** to ensure correct material particle size distribution * Control of production flow, preventing blockages and ensuring process continuity * Operation of **auxiliary machinery** (e.g., front-end loaders or backhoes) for material handling * Use of **control software** to monitor real-time production **Maintenance and Safety** * Execution of **basic preventive maintenance** and minor repairs * Cleaning of facilities and removal of material accumulations * Strict compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations (OHS)**, particularly in environments with dust, noise, and heavy machinery **Quality Control** * Sampling of processed material for analysis * Adjustment of plant parameters (e.g., conveyor belt speed, equipment openings, etc.) to ensure final product quality Required Qualifications * Specialized training in **mineral processing plant operation** (crushing, classification, grinding, etc.) * Training in **OHS**, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety protocols Conditions * Immediate start * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the position * Job stability * On-site position Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: From 1\.400,00€ per month Work Location: On-site employment
