Position Summary: Téciman International is seeking an Electromechanical Design Engineer to develop the complete lifecycle of electromechanical systems and equipment in the industrial sector. For new projects in the industrial sector, we require an Electromechanical Design Engineer for a major company located in Galdakao (Bizkaia). Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities:** * Carry out the complete lifecycle development of electromechanical systems and equipment (design, development, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, and implementation) * Design electromechanical systems and components meeting project needs and requirements * Identify, formulate, and propose effective solutions to technical problems arising during development * Evaluate safety, reliability, and overall performance of final products * Modify and optimize designs to meet technical requirements and correct deviations or failures * Collaborate in defining project budget and scope * Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and product reports * Support commissioning of electromechanical installations when required **Requirements:** * Technical Engineer or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in electromechanical design * Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD * Availability for occasional international travel * Project management experience will be valued * Experience in commissioning electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation installations will be valued **Languages:** * English B2 – Mandatory **Competencies:** * Teamwork, problem solving, planning, and continuous improvement orientation * Autonomy and ability to provide technical leadership in projects
