As a Banker, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of private banking clients within your territorial area, delivering personalized investment advice aimed at increasing satisfaction and loyalty among existing clients and acquiring new ones—thereby building long-term business relationships. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Personalized management of private banking clients, regularly reviewing their investment needs and preferences based on comprehensive, ongoing, and professional knowledge of their wealth. * Achieving communicated quantitative and qualitative objectives, with emphasis on client acquisition and retention. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the wealth management products and services offered by SPB. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role. **Professional Experience** * Experience in banking as a relationship manager for high-net-worth clients. **Education** * Bachelor’s or university degree in Economics, Business Administration, ADE, or related field. * MiFID accreditation. * Preferred: EFA certification or additional specialized technical training in financial markets. **Languages** * Advanced Spanish. * Intermediate English. **Skills** * Knowledge of the local private banking sector and its level of representation. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel
