




Local transport company in Olot–La Garrotxa We are looking for a Traffic Administrator for the Traffic Department, with experience in transport document management and fluent communication with clients, suppliers, and drivers. This is an operational and highly dynamic position, ideal for organized, solution-oriented individuals seeking job stability within an established local company. Main responsibilities \- Management of all transport documentation (CMR consignment notes, waybills, ADR certificates, delivery notes, route sheets, etc.). \- Client, supplier, and driver communication and coordination. \- Daily documentation control and archiving. \- Administrative support to the traffic department. \- Resolution of basic incidents. \- Constant communication with various origin and destination points. Requirements \- Prior experience in transport, logistics, or traffic operations. \- Solid knowledge of CMR consignment notes, waybills, ADR regulations, and related documentation. \- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (clients, suppliers, drivers). \- Proficiency in computer tools. \- Organized individual with strong time management and prioritization skills.
