This opportunity is for you! **What will you do?** You will join the People Team, with a particular focus on training and recruitment support. Your main responsibilities will include: * Identifying and analyzing training needs. * Managing documentation related to training programs (grants, attendance, etc.). * Defining and specifying job requirements and competencies. * Sourcing and contacting candidates to advance selection processes. * Developing and monitoring onboarding and integration plans for new hires. * Collaborating on projects and tasks specific to the HR department. **What are we looking for?** * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance or equivalent; Bachelor’s, Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Languages: Basque and English, minimum C1 level in both. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. * Desirable: Knowledge of SAP (ERP). **Specific requirements to apply for the internship** * Under 30 years of age. * No prior employment contract with Social Security registration since completion of higher education studies. * No prior receipt of an internship grant (except for internships required to complete studies). **What do we offer?** * A 12-month paid internship managed through the Novia Salcedo Foundation (3 months \+ 9 months). * Integration into a professional and collaborative team. * Active participation in real company projects. * Enriching professional experience and development of your competencies. * Support and inclusion: We value and facilitate the integration of persons with disabilities holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
