You will lead the design and implementation of manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Lead the design and implementation of manufacturing processes. * Actively participate in integrating product design criteria. * Control and monitor costs associated with industrialization and mass production activities. Obtain KPI indicators. * Analyze resources and investments. Define and implement plant layout. * Generate associated manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, control guidelines, etc.). * Actively participate in identifying tooling requirements and their subsequent validation. * Standardize production processes and improve product quality through a continuous improvement approach (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, etc.). * Lead technology transfer between sites for projects requiring it, providing support to ensure proper industrialization. **Minimum requirements:** * University degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering or equivalent) or Master’s degree. * At least 3 years’ experience in defining and/or implementing production processes within the industrial sector, preferably rail or automotive. * Proven experience managing teams. * Advanced Basque and high-level English proficiency.
