Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer/Manager for energy conversion systems, responsible for project control, budget management, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control project scope, schedule, and cost 2. Manage budgets and conduct technical process analysis 3. Coordinate with the team and negotiate with clients Through our engineering P\&PD division (ATS Global), we are recruiting an experienced Project Engineer/Manager for the industrial sector to work for a company specializing in energy conversion systems, located in Lasarte, Gipuzkoa. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Control project scope, schedule, and cost * Ensure the project is executed according to plan, meeting all specified requirements * Manage budgets, perform cost studies, and conduct technical process analysis * Develop and/or validate project-specific technical documentation * Serve as the main point of contact with clients * Coordinate with the team involved in the project * Negotiate with stakeholders OFFERED: * Permanent position * Full-time employment * On-site work * Academic qualification: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum 10 years of experience performing project management (PM) tasks * Experience managing industrial projects; experience in renewable energy, electricity, and power electronics is highly desirable * Familiarity with working with engineering drawings * High level of English proficiency * Willingness to travel. Travel will be infrequent and outside Spain (e.g., Germany, USA)
