Job Summary: ERREKA, within its PLASTICS business, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to develop projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality, as well as providing technical customer support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Engineering project development and optimization. 2. Coordination and communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. 3. Collaboration in the industrial design of new products. We are looking for an **Engineering Project Manager** within ERREKA’s **PLASTICS** business. The main objective of this position is to develop engineering projects. How? * Define tasks required to launch new projects—from sub-process initiation through to customer homologation. * Fulfill and optimize project commitments regarding timeline, cost, and quality—both via appropriate subcontracting and through effective internal resource management. * External and internal communication and coordination within the project scope (customers, suppliers, internal work teams, subsidiaries). * Thoroughly understand customer specifications and requirements related to the project, and prepare and offer suitable solutions to meet them. * Ensure technical customer support (negotiation of technical specifications and deadlines, needs assessment, technical assistance oriented toward problem resolution, etc.). * Collaborate on R&D projects. * Collaborate with the production department’s process engineering team to ensure new product designs are industrially viable, participating in analysis, definition, and optimization of resources for control and production. * Coordinate all external services and ensure safety. - Within ERREKA’s **PLASTICS** business, we are seeking a **Project Manager for Engineering**.
