Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and autonomous Visual In Store professional to manage window displays, analyze KPIs, and train the team while maintaining the store’s visual standards. Key Highlights: 1. Creating attractive window displays and mannequin setups for customers. 2. Analyzing sales KPIs to inform product strategy. 3. Training the store team on visual standards. **Responsibilities:** We are looking for a Visual In Store professional for our Sprinter Vinaros store, responsible for the following duties: * Designing window displays and mannequin setups following visual guidelines and techniques that attract, engage, and motivate customers. * Analyzing sales KPIs to make strategic product placement and movement decisions aimed at maximizing sales. * Reporting to and providing feedback to your line manager regarding in-store VM activities carried out. * Training and supporting the store team to consistently maintain product placement and visual standards.
