Opportunity for professional growth within an international group. **Responsibilities:** We are seeking a Visual In Store specialist for our Sprinter Castelldefels store, who will be responsible for the following duties: * Creating window displays and mannequins following visual guidelines and techniques that attract, engage, and motivate customers. * Analyzing sales KPIs to make strategic product placement decisions aimed at maximizing sales. * Reporting to and providing feedback to your line manager regarding in-store VM activities carried out. * Training and supporting the store team to consistently maintain product placement and visual standards.
