Technical Manager / Project Manager We are seeking a Technical Infrastructure Manager to lead the technical management of an important client's infrastructure in Biscay. The selected candidate will be responsible for both the administration of the technological infrastructure and the coordination of a 5-person technical team, while also serving as the primary point of contact with the client. We are looking for a profile with solid technical experience and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities Administration and supervision of the client's technological infrastructure. Coordination and monitoring of a 5-person technical team. Direct liaison with the client. Organization and task distribution within the team. Tracking of incidents and technical requirements. Supervision of systems, communications, and applications. Management and monitoring of the technological infrastructure. Ensuring proper service delivery and compliance with agreed service levels. Essential Requirements Degree in Technical Computer Engineering or equivalent. Solid knowledge of technological infrastructure. Experience in virtualization. Database knowledge. Experience with Microsoft 365 (O365\). Knowledge of Active Directory. Knowledge of systems and communications. Experience coordinating technical teams.
