Job Summary: We are seeking a store assistant with a strong service orientation to deliver excellent customer service, manage products, and contribute to an exclusive shopping experience. Stability and career progression within a recognized brand We seek a service-oriented individual to assist in a store located in Donostia\-San Sebastián. The primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, conducting personalized sales and guiding each customer to share the values of quality and exclusivity that represent us. The goal is for every visit to the store to be a fantastic experience. The role also includes product care and maintaining the store in impeccable condition. This means ensuring that each item—especially luxury items—displays perfectly, paying close attention to details such as fabrics. Additionally, you will participate in inventory management, including receiving goods, labeling items, and monitoring stock levels. Cashier duties—including processing payments and handling delivery notes—will be part of your daily responsibilities. The ability to thrive in an exclusive environment and curiosity about high-end products and sales methodologies will be highly valued. Training will be provided on luxury products, interior decoration, and specific sales techniques. This position offers stability and opportunities for advancement within a recognized brand, in a privileged location within a carefully curated environment. Minimum prior experience of 1–2 years in customer service or sales, preferably in the textile, interior decoration, cosmetics, or high-end fashion sectors. Solid sales skills, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication and empathy skills are required. A high level of Basque and/or English/French is required and will be positively evaluated for serving both international and local customers. University degree (Bachelor’s). English language level: C1\.
