We are seeking an intern with whom we can establish a formal internship agreement to join our Recruiting and Outsourcing department. With appropriate support, the intern will become part of a proactive, dynamic, and versatile team, where they can learn and contribute toward achieving objectives in identifying potential candidates for our clients. The internship program includes: * Proactive search for technological and industrial-sector profiles. * Prescreening or active telephone contact with candidates to assess whether they meet the basic requirements of positions offered by our clients. * Communication and follow-up with candidates to provide information and customer service. * Administrative support, as needed. Desired skills and knowledge: \- Academic background in Economics and Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields. \- Student eligible to enter into an educational internship agreement. \- Daily working hours of 6\-7 hours. \- Client orientation and strong communication skills. \- Proactivity and creativity. \- English level B2. \- Residence in Vitoria\-Gasteiz or surrounding areas.
