Requirements: **Education** Bachelor's Degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering **Experience and Skills** Experience in Construction Execution Management, Site Management, or Construction Coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project; knowledge of Revit, Presto, and Arquímedes is desirable. Leadership and communication skills. **Other Requirements** Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel and commute frequently (Management Area: Cantabria, Basque Country, Navarre, La Rioja, and Zaragoza).
