Because we believe that, to build a better future, we must first do so with people who feel good. **YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL** Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the daily logistics flow between subcontracted enclaves and the production line—guaranteeing material availability, tracking deliveries, and swiftly resolving logistics incidents to avoid production stoppages and delays. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Act as the operational liaison between the workshop and various subcontracted enclaves, providing daily logistical support to their activities. 2. Participate in daily follow-up meetings, sharing information on enclave status, material requirements, and potential logistics risks. 3. Prepare, update, and monitor enclave material requirement lists based on planning and assembly progress. 4. Review and control stock shortages, anticipating material shortfalls and coordinating replenishment with logistics and warehouse teams. 5. Track material or assembly delays, analyzing their impact on production and collaborating on corrective actions. 6. Manage delivery note tracking, verifying deliveries, receipts, and possible incidents among suppliers, enclaves, and the workshop. 7. Resolve daily logistics incidents related to materials: shortages, delivery errors, non-conforming materials, or deviations from planning. 8. Coordinate dispatch and internal transportation of assembled material from enclaves to the production line, ensuring deadlines, traceability, and proper documentation. 9. Collaborate on continuous improvement of enclave logistics processes, reporting recurring incidents and optimization opportunities. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** * **Education/Experience:** Vocational training or equivalent experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial/production environments. Knowledge of internal logistics processes, material management, and supply flows.
