### **Human Resources Technician**
**Deza Region (Pontevedra)**
A company located in the Deza region, currently undergoing growth and team expansion, is seeking an HR Technician to strengthen its People Department.
### **JOB MISSION**
To provide comprehensive support to management in people management, with a particular focus on labor administration, payroll processing, personnel selection, implementation of the Equality Plan, and development of onboarding processes—thereby contributing to employee well-being and alignment of talent with organizational objectives.
### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reporting to the Head of Department, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Full labor administrative management, including hiring, termination, employment contracts, contractual modifications, and temporary disabilities
* Payroll preparation and review, coordinated with external advisory services, ensuring correct application of legislation and collective agreements
* Monitoring of working hours and absenteeism, managing timesheet records, leave requests, and vacation scheduling
* End-to-end management of recruitment processes—from defining job profiles through to onboarding—including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and coordination of new hires
* Design, coordination, and execution of the onboarding plan, ensuring effective integration of new employees
* Implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the Equality Plan, ensuring its practical application across the organization
* Training management: needs assessment, planning, and follow-up
* Support in Occupational Risk Prevention matters
* Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
### **REQUIREMENTS**
* Minimum of **3 years’ experience in HR**, with solid experience in **payroll, labor administration, and personnel selection**
* Experience in **Equality Plans and onboarding processes**
* University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
