Job Summary: We are seeking on-site support staff to assist in the preparation and maintenance of work areas, including material handling and mixture preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in foundation work, cladding, and paving We are looking for support staff for on-site tasks in Navia, Asturias. Main duties will include assisting construction foremen in preparing and maintaining work areas. These activities include cutting and transporting materials, demolition, ground trimming and backfilling, drilling, installation of conduits for cabling, soil compaction, and manual excavation. Mixture preparation—including concrete, mortar, plaster, gypsum, cement, and lime—will also be required, both manually and with the aid of machinery. Daily responsibilities will include collaboration in foundation work, installation of prefabricated elements, cladding, tiling, flooring, and paving. A valid Class B driver’s license is required; prior experience of at least six months in similar positions is preferred. Residency in the municipality of Navia or nearby localities is mandatory. A permanent full-time employment contract (40 hours per week) is offered, with salary in accordance with the Construction Sector Collective Agreement.
