Responsibilities - Provide client support in the following areas: * Review and handling of client observations regarding building construction projects, including AsBo assessment and NoBo verification; * Valued relationships and contractual management of various construction contracts, ACOs, and DF/DEs; * Technical meetings with DFs and DEs of each project and contractors; * Monitoring progress and adherence to schedules; * Collection of construction documentation. Requirements At least 5 years’ experience in: building construction projects within railway environments; processing of NoBo and AsBo procedures. Qualifications: Architecture degree, Master’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering degree, or Master’s in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports).
