Arthko Project S.L. is urgently seeking to hire a Technical Architect / Quantity Surveyor to reinforce its technical team. Responsibilities: \- Technical support in projects and supervision of construction execution \- Quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost control \- Coordination with construction teams and monitoring of project schedules \- Preparation of technical reports and certifications \- Support in tenders and proposals Requirements: \- Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering \- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in building construction \- Proficiency in Presto, Arquímedes, or similar software \- Knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) and urban planning regulations \- Immediate availability Conditions: \- Full-time position with flexible working hours \- Remuneration: from €2,100/month (€26,000/year), depending on experience \- Location: Madrid city, with site visits across the Community of Madrid Employment type: Full-time Salary: From €2,100.00/month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work location: On-site
