Maintain commercial relationships with current and potential customers within your assigned territory/market to generate new business for the organization’s products and services. Make telephone calls to existing and prospective customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions and services—thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and enhancing company growth and profitability. Facilitate prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints. Coordinate with Customer Service regarding order monitoring, complaints handling, visit planning, customer contact, collections, etc. Propose sales forecasts and monitor their implementation. Monitor and achieve annual budgeted sales targets (in volume and value). Support the Group’s Management System related to commercial and sales activities. Comply with defined communication and reporting procedures within the commercial and marketing organization to ensure full alignment with all stakeholders. Use the company’s enterprise information systems to guarantee maximum data reliability for sound decision-making. Coordinate and control truck arrivals and departures. Weigh trucks upon arrival/departure to ensure proper management of goods entering/leaving the facility. Manage documentation related to unloading operations conducted at the facility. Address and manage incidents arising during weighing, unloading, and loading operations—including associated documentation. Manage environmental aspects related to truck arrivals and departures at the facility.
