Reporting to the Production Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * Coordinating, leading, and motivating PRL technicians and Safety and Health coordinators assigned to the company's various projects. * Conducting site visits and project inspections according to operational needs. * Technically assessing new candidates through telephone and/or in-person interviews. * Monitoring team performance, identifying training needs, and ensuring professional development and performance. * Planning and sizing projects, ensuring achievement of both qualitative and quantitative objectives in coordination with the Commercial Department. * Attending periodic meetings with Management to define management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
