Professional development We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with proven experience in comprehensive administrative management, particularly in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), invoicing, and accounting, to join our team. The selected candidate will support and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s internal processes. Main Responsibilities: Document management and control related to Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Coordination with external prevention services Control of worker documentation and CAE platforms Issuance, registration, and tracking of invoices Management of receivables and payments Support in general accounting (journal entries, bank reconciliations, expense control) Document archiving and management Telephone support and general administrative assistance Requirements: Education in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or related field Specific training in Occupational Risk Prevention (desirable) Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role Knowledge of accounting and invoicing Proficiency in accounting management software Intermediate/advanced level of Excel Organized, solution-oriented, team-player, punctual, and reliable.
