




Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-facing professional to manage interactions with clients, including handling phone calls and emails, and coordinating orders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order coordination and follow-up We require a customer-facing professional for a services company located in Barcelona. The main responsibilities will include direct customer service management, ensuring a positive experience at all times. Additionally, the role will involve efficient handling of telephone calls and emails, as well as order coordination and follow-up. Other administrative tasks inherent to the proper functioning of the position will also be carried out. This position offers a full-time schedule of 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday during morning hours, specifically from 08:00 to 16:00, including applicable legal breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable. Fluency in Catalan and/or Spanish, both spoken and written. Degree in Business Administration or related field.
