The selected candidate must have prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles within the tourism sector. The professional will be responsible for attending to and managing guest arrivals, departures, and inquiries, providing friendly and efficient service, as well as performing administrative tasks such as reservations, billing, data control, and coordination with other departments. * French (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Tourism, hospitality, hotel administration, or related training is desirable. Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS), reservation systems, and standard computer applications is essential. * Temporary employment contract (8 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1980 * Other relevant information: Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays according to operational needs.
