HEMEN, an associate company of OTIS Spain — a global and national leader in the elevator industry — is hiring a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in GUIPÚZCOA: As SUPERVISOR, your responsibilities will include: * Supervising and coordinating the technical team under your responsibility (including subcontractors), covering time sheets, expense control, difficulty reports, and activity tracking. * Providing technical support and advice to internal teams, customers, and specifiers via phone, email, or in person. * Coordinating with the Construction Management Department regarding technical needs and support. * Managing portfolio units through internal systems (SICO), including coordination and follow-up of such units. * Managing personnel reporting to you, ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes and technical training: performance management, annual training, Excellent Service, and 5\-10\-5 techniques, etc., guaranteeing that team performance meets company requirements. * Taking responsibility for internal team communication, including preparing and conducting meetings. * Ensuring the safety of teams and customers by delivering safety training, analyzing non-standardized risks, and conducting FPA assessments. To succeed in this role, we require: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within the elevator or industrial sector is desirable. OFFICE SOFTWARE: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. LANGUAGES: B2 level English is an advantage. COMPETENCIES: Team management, results orientation, conflict resolution ability.
