To meet this challenge, Innova is seeking to hire a **Head of Development and Operations**. **What will your mission be?** You will be responsible for supporting senior leadership in launching, consolidating, and growing Innova. You will translate strategy into concrete action plans, coordinate the development of technology projects and services, and help establish the processes, methodologies, and management systems required to build an efficient and scalable business. This is a cross-functional role combining strategy and execution — where it will be essential to understand both business and customer needs, as well as how digital projects and services operate. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will collaborate with the General Management and Technology Leadership teams to define Innova’s action plan and strategic priorities. * You will convert strategy into concrete initiatives, establishing objectives, milestones, responsibilities, and tracking KPIs. * You will oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects and services — from conception through deployment and subsequent monitoring. * You will ensure developed solutions meet business needs and deliver real value to customers. * You will coordinate internal and external technical and support teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. * You will drive the creation of presentations, commercial materials, onboarding content, and documentation necessary for launching and developing various services. * You will collaborate on Innova’s communication, marketing, and positioning strategy. * You will design and document core operational processes, contributing to an efficient and scalable work structure. * You will lead the implementation and monitoring of the Integrated Management System across applicable internal departments and external collaborators. * You will support and coordinate the team in daily activities, promoting a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * You will analyze outcomes of various initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and propose agile adjustments. **You’ll be a great fit for this role if…** * You have at least five years’ experience in roles related to project management, operations, or business development — preferably in technology or digital transformation environments. * You understand the software and digital services lifecycle.
