This role is key to ensuring that quality and environmental standards are met during the construction and operation of the wind farm, thereby contributing to our sustainability and excellence goals. **Responsibilities** --------------------- The Quality and Environmental Technician will be responsible for the following duties: * **Development and monitoring of Quality Plans:** Develop and update quality plans for implementation on site, ensuring proper execution by the work team. * **Control and supervision of material quality:** Conduct inspections and tests on materials used in the wind farm's construction to ensure compliance with required specifications. * **Monitoring of environmental regulatory compliance:** Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental regulations and internal company policies. * **Management of audits and certifications:** Coordinate and prepare documentation required for internal and external audits assessing compliance with our quality and environmental standards. * **Staff training and awareness:** Deliver training on quality and environmental topics to workers, promoting a culture of responsibility in these areas. * **Analysis of incidents and non-conformities:** Investigate incidents related to quality and the environment, proposing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. * **Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams:** Work closely with other departments such as Production, Safety, and Prevention to promote an integrated approach to project tasks. **Requirements** -------------- To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements: * **Minimum of 3 years' experience** in quality and environmental roles, preferably within renewable energy or construction projects. * **Academic background:** University degree in fields such as Environmental Engineering, Earth Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or similar. * Up-to-date knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment) standards. * **GWO Certification:** Possession of Global Wind Organisation (GWO) certificates related to safety and health in the wind industry will be valued. * **Analytical skills:** Ability to interpret data, produce reports, and make evidence-based decisions. * **Effective communication:** Skills to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate and coordinate with different company departments and project contractors. **What we offer** ----------------- At Eosol Group, we value and support our employees' professional development.
