Summary: This role involves designing, validating, and maintaining installation tools for Nordex wind turbines, ensuring alignment with engineering requirements and operational needs. Highlights: 1. Solve incidents and improve actions related to Installation tools **Installation tools engineer (m/f/d)** ======================================= REQUISITION ID: 11602 LOCATION: Madrid, M, ES, 28001 DEPARTMENT: Engineering **MISSION:** * Design and validate tools for installation of Nordex turbines considering requirements from engineering, PM, QHSE and Sourcing * Define and update the Installation tooling specifications in alignment with the needs from PM Ops and the requirements from WTG designers * Translate the lessons learned from Wind Farm’s into requirements for Engineering to improve the WT design **YOUR TASKS:** * Definition and validation of Installation tools. Installation standards and tooling calculation reports evaluation * Creation of Installation manuals for the tools * Solve incidents and improvements actions opened by PM Ops and Quality Departments related to Installation tools * Travelling to Wind Farms or factories for new tools or turbine prototypes to validate/review Installation tools **YOUR PROFILE:** * Qualification: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar * Complementary Training: CAD\-PLM (Teamcenter, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP * Teamwork and close relationship with other departments * Languages: English (high level) * Experience: having 3\-5 years in a similar position in the wind industry * Availability to travel (20% annually) **YOUR BENEFITS** In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: * Some offers may vary by location \*\*Hybrid model Working in accordance with the company\`s internal policy. *Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
