We are looking for a **Waiter** for the gourmet restaurant **Haroma** at the **Heritage Madrid Hotel**, who is proactive, dynamic, and possesses a professional appearance aligned with the hotel’s style. As a Waiter at Haroma, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable gastronomic experiences for our valued customers. Your dedication to delivering impeccable service and ensuring customer satisfaction will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment. **Responsibilities** * Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression. * Work efficiently and professionally. * Accurately and promptly take and process customer orders. * Proficiency in using POS systems. * Collaborate with team members and the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food. * Thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. * Provide accurate dish descriptions and make recommendations based on customer preferences. * Ensure special requests or dietary restrictions are properly accommodated. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in front-of-house service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. * Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. * Positive attitude, passion for delivering exceptional service, and strong work ethic. * Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus. * Availability to work weekends
