Collaboration with key departments In Legutio, we are seeking a candidate for a key position in supply chain management. Your role will involve organizing and supervising the entire process—from material receipt to product dispatch—with the objective of ensuring smooth, timely operations by coordinating Procurement and Logistics functions to enhance process efficiency and guarantee continuous availability of all necessary resources. You will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and quality. You will also manage goods receipt, warehousing, and dispatches, ensuring appropriate stock levels and coordinating material movements. You will analyze demand forecasts to plan procurement activities and monitor procurement and logistics KPIs to propose improvements. You will collaborate closely with other departments such as Production, Quality, and Finance. Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. Salary will be discussed during the interview. Initially, the contract will be for 3 months through an ETT (Temporary Work Agency), with potential for subsequent direct employment with the company. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics. * Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English. * Proficiency in management tools (ERP/MRP) and Excel. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage. * A personal vehicle is mandatory.
