Your responsibilities will include: * Providing online and in-person customer service and support at the hotel when required by guests. * Monitoring the establishment to ensure its proper condition. Essential Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in OTAs and PMS. * Advanced level of English. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. * Availability to work night shifts and on holidays.
