




Job Summary: We are seeking a person with a disability who is currently unemployed to perform administrative and general support duties, including correspondence handling, filing, reception, and service coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of correspondence and parcels. 2. Telephone and in-person assistance, document organization. 3. Room coordination and management of computer equipment. We are looking for a person with a disability, currently unemployed, to work in Madrid, in the Las Tablas area. A B2 level of English is mandatory; advanced knowledge of Excel will be considered a positive asset. This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:30, including a break. On Fridays, working hours are from 8:00 to 14:00. The contract duration is one year, with possibility of extension, and the offered annual salary is €22,500. Main responsibilities include mail and parcel management, document organization and filing, telephone and in-person assistance to visitors and staff, management of available meeting rooms, handling of employee ID cards, taxi bookings, and escorting visitors. The role also includes delivery and collection of computer equipment.
