Continuous training provided by the company As a Labor Technician at Group Uvesco, you will drive accurate management of the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. This role includes handling salary-related incidents, applying collective bargaining agreements, processing social security contributions, and managing settlement payments (finiquitos). Additionally, you will calculate IRPF, manage employee documentation, and monitor sick leave absences, using Excel for analysis and reporting. A key role in the experience of people comprising Group Uvesco **Your responsibilities:** * Calculation and preparation of monthly payrolls using Grupo Castilla’s Epsilon software. * Management of payroll incidents: incentives, salary supplements, etc. * Monitoring of sick leave absences and management of temporary disability (IT). * Processing and settlement of social security contributions (Sistema RED, SILTRA). * IRPF calculation and management within payroll. * Employee document management (certificates, dismissal letters, etc.). **Requirements:** * Higher education degree or equivalent, preferably in Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration. * Knowledge of payroll regulations, social security contributions, labor contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and their application to payroll. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a labor department or labor-related area. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and MS Teams. * Experience with Epsilon software (Grupo Castilla) is highly valued. * Teamwork skills, proactivity, and autonomy. * Interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong organizational and planning abilities. **What we offer:** * Immediate incorporation into Group UVESCO’s HR department under an indefinite contract. * Full-time schedule with flexible working hours. * Continuous training provided by the company in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can directly impact customer satisfaction. * A dynamic and collaborative environment where you can directly impact customer satisfaction, contributing to the well-being of our professionals. **\# BMCercaDeTi
