Joining a growing and stable company At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a **Junior Export Administrator in Murcia** for our client. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Inventory control and maintenance. * Document management and traceability of orders and shipments. * Preparation of price lists, purchase orders, delivery notes, proforma invoices, and commercial invoices. * Preparation of documentation for shipments and exports. * Updating and maintaining data in the ERP system. * Archiving and organizing physical and digital documentation. * Shipment tracking and coordination with freight forwarders. * Communication with suppliers and customers. * Coordination with various departments within the company. * Documentary credit administration. * Product registration in foreign markets. * Other administrative tasks inherent to the department. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Junior** profile, with 1–2 years of experience. * Organized, methodical person with strong analytical skills. * **English level B2**. * Interest in learning administrative, operational, and international trade processes. * Basic proficiency in **Excel and Office tools**. * Ability to work efficiently with digital tools and ERP systems. * **Proactive, responsible** attitude focused on stability. **What does the company offer?** * **Full-time contract**. * **Gross annual salary between €21,000 and €24,000**, depending on qualifications. * Standard working hours from **08:00 to 14:00**, with flexibility to organize the remaining hours to complete the 8-hour workday.
