A person with natural leadership, operational vision, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams, always ensuring an excellent guest experience. Main responsibilities * Overall hotel management: daily operations, budget control, and planning. * Leading, motivating, and organizing staff. * Supervising quality standards in accommodation, dining, and services. * Managing relationships with suppliers. * Ensuring a culture of close, efficient, and guest-oriented service.
