




Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented Guest Assistant to manage and accompany customer groups, ensuring an exceptional experience. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of customer groups during activities and transfers. 2. Proactive incident management and attention to customer needs. 3. Direct interaction with suppliers and communication with the Project Manager. **Job Description:** We are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented Guest Assistant to manage and accompany American customer groups in San Sebastián (1 week in May and 2 weeks in June 2026\). **Position Details:** * **Location:** San Sebastián * **Dates:** * May 23–29, 2026 * June 10–22, 2026 * **Operations:** Coordination of 3 groups (6-night / 7-day stays each) **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer reception * On-site hotel assistance (Hospitality Desk) * Accompaniment during scheduled activities * Coordination of departure transfers * Direct communication with the Project Manager * Supervision of suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transportation, local guides) * Proactive incident management and attention to customer needs **Required Profile:** * Organized, solution-oriented individual with excellent communication skills * Proactive attitude and customer orientation * **Languages:** Native or bilingual English proficiency * Prior experience in MICE, group management, or as an accompanying guide is valued **Conditions:** * One day off guaranteed per group/stay * Remuneration to be agreed upon based on profile and contractual modality Job Type: Temporary contract Contract Duration: 3 weeks Work Location: On-site employment
