We Are Looking for a Front Office Manager – Blanes Hotel Blaumar / Blaucel is seeking to hire an experienced, committed, and service-passionate Front Office Manager. If you are proactive, organized, and customer-focused, we would like to interview you. Responsibilities: Assist and coordinate departmental operations across two front desks. Collaborate with the team and oversee departmental operations. Ensure service quality and customer care standards are met. Manage and resolve service-related incidents to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle internal departmental tasks and support the reservations department. Requirements: - Prior experience of 3–4 years as Front Office Manager in hotels of similar category. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Advanced proficiency in French and English (additional languages are an asset). - Professional appearance and a solution-oriented attitude. - Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
